Yes. You can return an item given to you as a gift either by post or to a Joules store inline with our standard returns policy. 

If returning by post please pop a cover note inside the parcel detailing your name, contact number, address and reason for return. All gift returns (where the original receipt is not available) will be refunded onto a gift card which will be delivered to the address noted on your cover note.
