If you are not completely happy with any product that you have ordered from us, you may return it to us in its original condition any time within 30 calendar days from the date of despatch (this excludes Friends of Joules and Garden Trading items. Please refer to the product details for any exclusions).

For items purchased between the 12th of April 2021 and the 1st of April 2022, our standard returns period was extended to 90 days (this excluded Friends of Joules and Garden Trading items).
